Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his 42nd wedding anniversary

Bollywood legends Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan celebrated their 42^nd wedding anniversary on Wednesday. He posted an old picture of himself with Jaya on Twitter and showed gratitude towards his fans by thanking them. The Paa star was also seen wearing a shawl, which was gifted by his wife, at the trailer launch of ‘Wazir’.

Big B said, "My wife is not here in Mumbai. She is in foreign right now. And exactly at 12 o'clock, I wished her a happy marriage anniversary". He also added, "And before coming here I was talking to her on Face-time, and she wanted to wish me too, but I told her I was getting late for event, media is waiting for me, I have to go, and I quickly came here. And I will go back and talk to her again”.

The couple has worked together in films like ‘Chupke Chupke’, ‘Abhimaan’, ‘Silsila’, ‘Zanjeer’ and ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’ which are still praised by the audience. Currently, Mr. Bachchan is celebrating the success of his latest release ‘Piku’. Amitabh Bachchan is awaiting his upcoming flick ‘Wazir’ which is set to release this October.
