    Amitabh Bhattacharya, many won’t be aware about this name because this person prefers to stay away from the limelight because of his shy nature, though the singer got his name on the fame chart via a bold song, Emosanal Attyachar from Dev D. The singer-lyricist was earlier a part of the duo of him and Amit Trivedi that won him the National Award for Best Lyricist for I Am (2011) but the association didn’t last longer.

He looks upto Gulzar as a lyricist and his writing inspires him the most but he feels that he can't write in the way Gulzar does. But now the writer has turned into a singer and this is the first time when he has sung a solo number, Ankahee in Lootera. And this is not it; Amitabh has also crooned for a song in Chennai Express starring Shahrukh-Deepika.
