Anil Kapoor Wants Sonam, Ranveer To Work Together

Welcome actor Anil Kapoor sees a lot of on screen potential in the pair of his daughter Sonam and Ranveer Singh. Anil and Ranveer have previously worked together in the film Dil Dhadakne Do. Recently, the actor also stated that though Neerja was an amazing opportunity for Sonam, who received a lot of appreciation for her performance, it was not her best.

At the Colors Golden Petal Awards, Anil said, “I would want that Ranveer and Sonam work together. I feel they can really do something special because they know each other since many years. I think someone should cast them together”.

Both the families know each other quite well as Anil Kapoor's wife Sunita is closely related to Ranveer's mother. Anil’s most recent venture on the big screen was Welcome Back which hit the screens last year. The actor is currently shooting for the second season of the series, 24.
