Anushka Sharma Confirms Role In Imtiaz Ali’s Next

Following the reports of Anushka Sharma sharing screen space with Shah Rukh Khan in Imtiaz Ali’s next, the actress has now confirmed that the news is true. Till now, she remained quite on the issue but has finally decided to open up. The actress previously shared screen space with SRK in the film ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’.

Speaking with Pinkvilla, Anushka shared, “I will soon start shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s next with Shah Rukh Khan. I have managed fine so far, though I crib to my manager that she does not give me even a day’s holiday”. This will be the first time Imtiaz will direct Anushka and Shah Rukh together.

The actors have also worked together in Yash Chopra’s ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’, though, they were not romantically involved. Anushka will soon be seen in Salman Khan’s highly anticipated flick ‘Sultan’. On the other hand, Shah Rukh will be seen alongside Alia Bhatt in Gauri Shinde’s yet to be titled film.
