Anushka Sharma welcomes New Year with cricketer Virat Kohli at her place?

It was definitely not a huge surprise but a matter of vast interest though when Indian cricket star Virat Kohli’s car rolled into Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma’s Versova apartment building on this New Year. Since quite some time now the couple has been making it to the headlines as they have been spotted together several times.

The biggest surprise of the evening was the vice-captain of Indian cricket team headed towards Anushka’s place straight from the Mumbai airport as he came back from his South Africa trip with his entire team. To add more, Anushka sent two cars to pick up Virat from the airport. The Indian team arrived at the Mumbai International airport around midnight and Virat took a drive towards Anushka’s home in her chauffeur-driven BMW. His luggage was shifted to a different vehicle, a SUV Range Rover, which is Anushka’s favourite to hang around.

Virat was clicked by photographers as he got into Anushka’s car instead of accompanying his team to the selected hotel. Some of the cameramen also followed him till Anushka’s home in Versova's Ambernath Tower. Though they waited for nearly two hours, Virat could not be seen making an exit from the actress’ house. As the latest buzz reveals, the cricket star, Anushka and a couple of their common friends celebrated the New Year at a private party which continued till early morning hours. Of late the rumours about Anushka and Virat’s alleged romantic link-up have been sparked off as the actress’ neighbours reported of spotting Virat in the complex several times. A few days ago Anushka cleared the air though, “There is no relationship," maintaining they are just good friends. She added, “If two people are friends, they are bound to visit each other.”
