Arjun Kapoor Heaps Praises On 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion'

‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ gained a widespread recognition and it seems like Arjun Kapoor didn’t miss the flick, despite being occupied with his upcoming film. The Ki & Ka actor will next be seen in Mohit Suri’s ‘Half Girlfriend’, which is slated for release on May 19. Recently, in a chat with TOI Entertainment, the Ishaqzaade star touched upon the S.S. Rajamouli directorial.

“You know, there's this new question since the last one week”, Arjun said, adding, “I had no idea that ‘Baahubali’ will achieve this and I'm feeling really proud as somebody who is from India. When a multilingual film has done has such a business, I think we as an industry and as a profession should be proud of the fact that this film has done this business. So first of all, I would like to give my congratulations to ‘Baahubali’”. The actor feels that ‘Baahubali’ is “no longer a picture, it's an event”.

Apparently, Arjun is quite impressed with the magnum opus. On a related note, ‘Half Girlfriend’ will feature Shraddha Kapoor alongside Arjun. The movie is based on the novel of the same name penned by Chetan Bhagat. The film has been shot in Delhi, Mumbai, Patna, Varanasi, Dumraon, New York City and Cape Town.
