Arjun Kapoor Roped In For Arjun Reddy Hindi Remake?

Earlier there were a lot of speculations regarding the lead actor in the Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy. But latest reports reveal that actor Arjun Kapoor has been roped in to portray the lead character in the film. The Telugu film was helmed by Sandeep Vanga’s  and is all set to be remade in Bollywood.

According to a source, “Yes, it's true. Though it has taken three-four months of continuous and tireless efforts, the rights have worked out. Murad Khetani (producer) has officially bagged it but Arjun too put in his share of efforts to ensure that the rights came through”.

The source further revealed that the movie won’t be a masala potboiler. Moreover, it has been heard that Arjun will meet the producers of the film to have a talk about the possible collaboration of the remake. The film might also be helmed by Sandeep Vanga, however, the makers are yet to announce the date when the shooting will commence.
