Athiya Shetty Feels Grateful To Salman Khan

Suniel Shetty’s daughter and Bollywood’s newbie Athiya Shetty made her debut in Hindi film industry with Nikhil Advani’s romantic action ‘Hero’ alongside Sooraj Pancholi. The movie was produced by Salman Khan under his banner Salman Khan Films. Recently, the actress revealed that attributes her Bollywood career to Salman.

Athiya was asked if she put her career in Bollywood down to the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor. To this, the actress replied, “Of course, he launched Sooraj and I so definitely I owe him a lot. Both him and Nikhil sir. So yeah always and always grateful to him”.

Earlier in an interview, Athiya called the superstar “a very cool and good looking boss”. She told IANS then, “He is not our teacher or a preacher. But he is our boss and a very cool and good looking boss”. Seemingly, the actress is quite fond of Salman.

On a related note, Athiya will soon be seen on big screens in Anees Bazmee’s 'Mubarakan’. Starring Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Ileana D'Cruz along with Athiya, the romantic comedy is slated for release on July 28, next year. We wish Athiya strokes of luck for all her future projects.
