Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’s secret is out: Now we know why Kattappa killed Amarendra Baahubali, and the role of the king’s aunt, queen mother Sivagami’s murky role in palace intrigue. But if you thought the Sivagami-Kattappa saga ends here, here’s a surprise for you.

Given the popularity and fan craze around Baahubali, a popular textile showroom in Chennai has roped in Ramya Krishnan and Sathyaraj, who played Sivagami and Kattappa respectively, to feature in an advertisement. In the film, Kattappa plays a slave soldier to Sivagami. In the ad though, the two play a much-in-love married couple. Sathyaraj plays a feudal lord, somewhere in Tamil Nadu, who never fails to fulfill his wife’s desire to shop at the particular showroom called Pothys. The ad begins with the wife in a huff while the husband tries hard to placate her. After some fuss, she gives in when he gifts her new sari.
