Baba Sehgal Is Set To Act In Web Series Inspired By An Indian Reality TV Show

Indian rapper Baba Sehgal has been involved in several acting projects along with his musical ones. He has done quite a number of films in the south in the past. However, he has not acted in as many Hindi projects. Since he has an extensive fan base, especially among the younger generation, Baba will now make his debut on the Internet. He will soon be seen playing the lead role in an eight-episode series, which is a spin-off of a famous youth-based Indian adventure reality TV show.

Baba says, “I have always enjoyed entertaining my audiences through my music as well as my acting — be it in Bollywood or Tollywood. This is the first time I will be acting in a web series, and the reason I chose to do this project because the concept was an interesting spin-off of a hit reality show. I have always been a fan of that show. So, it seemed like the perfect fit for me.” He adds, “Acting has always been refreshing, and I like exploring the avenue from time to time, in between my music projects. I am looking forward to the reaction of my fans to this digital venture.”
