'Babumoshai Bandookbaaz' To Be Shot In Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Hometown

The shooting of Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s next 'Babumoshai Bandookbaaz' is going on in full swing. And now the makers will visit Nawaz’s hometown in Budhana to shoot certain portions of the movie. Grapevine is abuzz that the makers will shoot the last schedule of the movie in his hometown.

"The film is shot in Lucknow but we kept an action sequence for the end. We will go to Budhana next week to shoot for a day. Nawaz had suggested the location and it fit our requirement," said director Kushan Nandy.

He further added, “It was a five-hour journey that began at 4 am. We had to hide the camera every-time a ticket collector appeared. Finally, a cop in plain clothes caught us and let us go only after getting a picture clicked with Nawaz."

The movie will see Nawaz playing a sharp-shooter which will remind audience of his ‘Badlapur’ avatar. He will essay the role of Babu, who is a small time contract killer. Apart from Siddiqui, the film will also feature Divya Dutta, Bidita Bag, Murli Sharma, Jatin Goswami, Shraddha Das, Anil George, Jeetu Shivhare and Bhagwan Tiwari.
