Bajirao Mastani, Dilwale to Lock Horns in December

Sanjay Leela Bhansali will be going head to head with Rohit Shetty as Bajirao Mastani and Dilwale, both will release in December this year. Bajirao Mastani, produced by SLB Films, has Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles. Whereas, Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale stars Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.

King Khan and Kajol will be seen together after My Name is Khan, which came out in 2010. Whether their chemistry can still rule the hearts, is yet to be seen. On the other hand, Bajirao Mastani will have Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone together again after the 2013 film, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. The couple have been under the limelight, both on and off screen.

In May, Ranveer talked to talkingmoviez.com about Bajirao Mastani, “Bajirao Mastani is the biggest film of Bollywood if you take Budget and Set’s into considerations. It is a Magnum Opus Film by a Magnum Opus Director, so yes we would like to have a solo release. But end of the day deciding the release date is not in my hands”.
