Bajirao Mastani Gets a 3-minute Teaser

Eros Now has released a 3-minute teaser for the highly anticipated film ‘Bajirao Mastani’. There are no dialogues in the trailer except for one at the end, “Bajirao ne Mastani se mohabbat ki hai, aaiyashi nahi”. The movie is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

The teaser begins with Ranveer Singh (Bajirao) in full battle armour, riding a horse, holding his sword out as if signalling his army to get ready to attack. Deepika Padukone, who plays Mastani, is lighting an arrow on fire, getting ready for battle. Priyanka Chopra will be playing the role of Bajirao’s first wife Kashibai. She seems to be aloof from the war scenario. The trailer ends with the dialogue, after a few other fight sequences including one with Deepika fending off attackers with a sword in one hand and a child in the other.

Bajirao Mastani will hit theatres on December 18 this year. Along with the direction, Sanjay Leela Bhansali is responsible for the writing. Besides Ranveer, Deepika and Priyanka, the cast includes Mahesh Manjrekar, Aditya Pancholi, Milind Soman and Tanvi Azmi, among others.
