Bhopal gets a cold shoulder, venue undecided for Saifeena wedding

Bhopal might miss all the excitement of Saif and Kareenas wedding in the month of October. As revealed, the venue is undecided till now, though Saif had hinted way back in March that at least one ceremony would take place in Bhopal. "Everything is smooth," said a Pataudi family source. "From the kurta, farshi paijama and Bhopali dupatta all have been taken care of, but the family wants to keep it a simple affair," she added. Ahead of the marriage, on September 22 is Tiger Pataudi's first death anniversary. "They (Pataudi family) are more than celebrities in Bhopal. They belong to a family which is the custodian of the royal waqf properties. They must consider the high regard we have for their ancestors," said All India Muslim Personal Law Board member Arif Masood. Even Tiger and Tagores nikah took place in Bhopal in December 1969 and was a silent affair which was attended by the cream of the crop. History might repeat itself again that only time will tell as all wait with bated breath.
