Tajamul Islam created history by representing India and clinching the gold medal at the World Kickboxing Championship in Italy last year. Recent reports doing the rounds claim that producer Mushtaq Nadiadwala - brother of Firoz Nadiadwala and cousin of Sajid Nadiadwala - is planning to make a biopic on the country's youngest kickboxing champion. Reportedly, the producer has acquired sole rights to the 8-year-old girl’s inspirational story.

Touching upon the same, Nadiadwala was quoted as saying, “The talks are on since a couple of months. The family trusts our vision and given our family's reputation in filmmaking, they feel their story is safe in our hands. We will appoint a writer to start developing the script soon”.

The producer added, “This movie will inspire the youth who wish to aspire for excellence but are bound and constrained by their circumstances. Specifically, it will aim to break gender stereotyping and bring to light the greatness that girls are destined for”. Well, in this era of biopics, we believe this one is going to find its niche.
