Bollywood Remake Of Marathi Hit ‘Sairat’ Will Star These Star Children

It seems that Jhanvi Kapoor, daughter of Bollywood diva Sridevi and renowned filmmaker Boney Kapoor will finally make her debut in the Indian film industry. Another star kid Ishaan Khatter, son of Neelima Azeem and Rajesh Khattar will be debuting alongside the aspiring actress.

The movie will be a remake of legendary Marathi movie ‘Sairat’ and the remake will be made under the banner of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The new debutants will play the role of a young couple. Ishaan will be portraying the role of a Dalit boy who falls in love with a Brahmin girl. Jhanvi will be portraying the role of the Brahmin girl.

The script of the movie will be rewritten according to the modern day scenario. The movie will be helmed by Shashank Khaitan.
