    The year will begin with the release of Sholay 3D on January 3 and it will be released across more than 1,000 screens in India and worldwide. Then comes Abhishek Chaubey-directed Dedh Ishqiya which will be one of the major comeback films for Madhuri Dixit. With some high-level content and performances, Dedh Ishqiya is going to turn out as a diverse Bollywood project starring Naseeruddin Shah, Arshad Warsi and Huma Qureshi. The women-centric film is slated to be released on January 10. Then January 24 will mark the release of Jai Ho which is a must-watch as Salman Khan is back with a bang after one year’s gap. Jai Ho, also starring Tabu and Om Puri, is touted to be an absolute entertainer. The upcoming Valentine’s Day, February 14, will be somewhat raw and rowdy this time as Yash Raj Films' period movie Gunday is scheduled to release on the same day. Based on the 1971 Bangladesh war of liberation, this Arjun Kapoor-Ranveer Singh-Priyanka Chopra starrer has been helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The second release from Madhuri’s kitty in 2014 is Gulaab Gang which will show the actress in a blazing avatar as a woman activist who fights against injustice. Soumik Sen-directed Gulaab Gang also stars Juhi Chawla, Mahie Gill and Tannishtha Chatterjee and it is slated to release on March 7.

    Prabhu Deva’s next action-masala mixed entertainer Action Jackson will come out on April 11 starring Ajay Devgan, Sonakshi Sinha, Yami Gautam and Kunaal Roy Kapur. Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan will come up with his sequel to 2008 film Bhootnath, titled Bhootnath Returns. The sequel will definitely follow its predecessor’s footsteps in terms of drama, emotions performances. One of the most-awaited films of 2014 is Rajkumar Hirani's P.K. which has an ensemble cast of Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput and Boman Irani. This is a political satire and superstar Aamir is said to be portraying a different avatar in the film. Sajid Khan’s next, Humshakals, is also scheduled to release during this year featuring Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Ram Kapoor and it is touted to be a laugh riot. Salman has another release in the pipeline, Kick, which is again a thorough commercial entertainer, also starring highly acclaimed Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Hrithik Roshan is slated to bounce back keeping aside his health and family issues with Bang Bang, an action-packed film once again. Siddharth Anand’s Bang Bang also stars Katrina Kaif and the onscreen couple is said to be going through some rigorous training for the action sequences. Farah Khan's Happy New Year will reunite Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone and the film will also star Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani and Sonu Sood. Happy New Year is said to be a family entertainer. Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in the lead, will exhibit some amazing locations from Sri Lanka. Ranbir will be seen as a boxer in the film and this is said to be the first instalment of a trilogy on Mumbai’s making as a metropolis.
