Celebrate Good Riddance

    Celebrate Good Riddance

Once upon a time, breakups meant brooding in lonely rooms. But not anymore, feels actor Saif Ali Khan, who turns 'breakup' guru-Yudi, and says...

    Celebrate Good Riddance

You broke up, it's over. Why sob, sulk and crib? I personally believe that if there are more than fifty ways to breakup - through phone, e-mails, social media, et cetera - then there should be equally amazing number of ways to tell the world that the relationship is over, you are over it and maybe even available. I mean just changing a relationship status to 'single', un-friend or even block your ex, is so boring. And then there's no point eating the whole tub of ice cream while your ex is looking even better in their profile pictures. In the modern age, breakups call for cleanups. Or should I say 'Celebrations'? Celebration of freedom and of prospects of finding a better someone.

That's why, as part of our film Happy Ending's promotion, we decided to celebrate it with an uber-cool 'Breakup Party' on the 18th of November in Mumbai. Our team had especially conceptualised this day to commemorate the world's first 'Breakup Day'. The day is planned to be a really exciting day, where you could dump the past baggage and dance your way to happiness on G Phadke, which will be the anthem for the night. Regardless of your relationship status, we invite you. As for those still brooding, you are invited to celebrate the fact that the chances of meeting someone new at the breakup party are bright. Well, everyone deserves a Happy Ending!

Join the break-up party! Share your views with Yudi on breakups on www.facebook.com/HappyEnding and
www.twitter.com/HETheFilm and you could win a chance to meet the stars of Happy Ending.
