Chitrangada Singh Out Of Kushan Nandy’s Babumoshai Bandookbaaz

Sometimes, Bollywood celebrities fall short of lapping up appreciation from directors due to their tantrums and unprofessional attitude. Recently, film producer Kushan Nandy, who is helming the upcoming action thriller, Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, revealed about Chitrangada Singh’s issues that began to surface while shooting in Lucknow. The actress was signed as the female lead for the flick.

“The moment she reached Lucknow, all her issues began to surface. She had a problem doing romantic scenes and said they were unnecessary. However, when I explained the need of the script, she decided she would do it only her way”, said the director.

As per the filmmaker, the Desi Boyz actress was well-acquainted with the script of the film and every single scene was explained to her in complete detail but she never mentioned having an issue with any scene in the movie or the script in any way.

Situations took a worse turn when Chitrangada asked Kushan to rewrite the entire second half. However, the director declined her wish. “Chitrangda called for a meeting which went on till five in the morning. It was here that for the first time she told me she wanted the entire second half of the film changed otherwise she was not interested in doing it. She knew very well how trapped the producers would be after having shot with her for five days. But this time, I simply refused to give in to her attitude and threats”, stated Kushan.

“The following morning, her return tickets were booked”, said the director, adding, “She is totally unprofessional. Anyway, I wish her luck. I am now only interested in completing my film”. Kushan also revealed that Chitrangada called and sent messages to people in the unit who were willing to convince him to change the script because she didn’t want to leave the project.

Well, it seems like Chitz is turning into a tantrum queen of Bollywood.
