Chunky Pandey's Daughter Ananya To Debut In 'Student of the Year 2'

Suddenly, there has been a lot of frenzy around the upcoming sequel of the 2012 movie Student of the Year. Recently, Karan Johar ’s production house Dharma Productions posted the first look of the upcoming sequel on the social media. The upcoming movie is titled as ‘Student of The Year 2’.

The movie will star Tiger Shroff in the lead role. Regarding the lead actress of the movie, the latest rumour is that the movie will star debutant actress Ananya Pandey. Ananya is the daughter of 90s popular actor Chunky Pandey. Earlier, there were rumours that Sridevi ’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor may star in the movie. Later, it was revealed that Jhanvi is busy shooting for ‘Dhadak’, which is also bankrolled by Dharma Productions.

Also, Saif Ali Khan ’s daughter Sara Ali Khan was deemed to star in the upcoming sequel, but Sara is also busy shooting for upcoming movie ‘ Kedarnath ’, which is helmed by Abhishek Kapoor . Ananya has been finalised as she has a big social media base and is suitable for role. Now, the makers are on a lookout for another lead actress as the script requires one lead actor and two lead actresses. The movie will be helmed by Punit Malhotra.
