A committee finds Singh Saab the Great objectionable

Sunny Deol starrer Singh Saab the Great has entered into a trouble zone. The Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee thinks that the name of the movie should be changed as the title is bestowed on the Jathedars of the five Takhts and the granthis of the Golden Temple and therefore, it should not be used for commercial purposes.

The film is directed by Anil Sharma, who is also a creator of Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. The Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee officials have also said that they are upset with the makers of the flick as nobody came up to them to have a discussion over the title of the movie. All India Sikh Students Federation head Karnail Singh Peer Mohammed has said, “The title of the film must be changed and the film must be checked by the SGPC's review committee.”

It seems that Sunny’s films are now getting habitual of releasing with controversies as his Jo Bole So Nihaal had also faced the same title trouble before its release. Though, we wish that his flick gets over with this and hits the screens peacefully. Singh Saab the Great is slated to release on November 22. The flick features Sunny Deol, Amrita Rao, Johnny Lever, Prakash Raj, Ravi Kishan, Urvashi Rautela and Ragini Khanna in the lead roles.
