Confirmed: Karan Johar to direct Ranbir, Anushka and Aishwarya in his next titled ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’

So Karan is finally back to the job he loves doing most. The producer, director and now an actor has confirmed his next directorial venture will have Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai. The speculations of Karan directing Aishwarya had been going on ever since he signed the former miss world for an unknown project.

The film reportedly is titled, ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ which virtually suggests that this might just be romantic affair. Karan who’s been fairly busy with his productions and then his acting enterprise for Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet, has now found a new window where he could give his time to direct a film. He had last directed Student Of The Year in 2012. ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ has apparently also got a release date planned. The film will release on June 3^rd 2016 and may go into production mid next year.

If all of this goes on to shape up well, this might just be a major project to look forward to. With so much going around Johar with his acting and production projects, looks like he has planned a well occupied 2015 for himself. Moreover, Karan directing Aishwarya! This may just spice up the flavour of the season.
