Confirmed: Malaika-Arbaaz To Get Divorced In May 2017!

It was all a fairytale when the gorgeous Malaika Arora Khan married Arbaaz Khan on December 12, eighteen years ago. However, it came as a shock to their families and fans when the much-in-love couple announced their separation few months back. Though they were separated, they were not divorced.

Now, if reports are to be believed, legal proceedings of their separation have begun. The couple recently attended their first mandatory counselling session yesterday. As per a source, “During the counselling session on Tuesday, Malaika and Arbaaz spent a few hours talking to the judge, and then the counsellor joined in towards the end. Usually a couple is asked to reconsider their decision before they part ways. They are also questioned about why they wish to separate, if they’re doing it on their own will and what would be the monetary and other terms of divorce. The same questions were asked to Malaika and Arbaaz and both of them handled the matter maturely”.

The couple announced their separation following a joint statement. Rumours were rife that Malaika is dating Arjun Kapoor while Arbaaz is seeing some other girl from the industry. Well, we can just wait to know what’s brewing.
