Deepika Padukone To Walk Cannes 2017 Red Carpet Alongside Sonam Kapoor

We are all aware of that Deepika has replaced Katrina Kaif as the brand ambassador of a leading cosmetics brand, which is being promoted by Bollywood beauties Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and fashion icon Sonam Kapoor. Our Mastani just can’t get enough of her international outings. If recent reports are anything to go by, Deepika might walk the red carpet at the 70th Cannes Film Festival in May.

Stay rooted fans, a public announcement is yet to be made. Thus the rumours have given rise to speculations about the haute couture she will pull off.  Fans are thus looking forward to the glitz and glamour through which Deepika is likely to cast a spell on the audience. If it turns out be true, then 'xXx: Return of Xander Cage' starrer will walk alongside veterans - Aishwarya and Sonam.

While Aishwarya has become a Cannes veteran and Sonam has left no stone unturned in slaying it since the last few years. However, she will be gracing the French red carpet after 7 years. If this is true, fans will be elated to witness yet another international outing of the actress. On the work front, Deepika is currently shooting for upcoming magnum opus, Padmavati. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film also stars Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor.
