Hollywood debut with Fast and Furious 7 has been missed by actress Deepika Padukone but she doesn’t regret her loss at all. She has said further that she is open to future offers from the West even if the role is small.

Though Deepika got selected for Fast and Furious 7, she couldn’t make it because of her previous commitment to Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. According to Deepika, "I don't regret it. I had to work out things forRam-Leelahere, I couldn't have left the process mid way, I had given my commitment here first. Looking at the way the film (Ram-Leela) has got response, I feel good as my hard work has paid off.” She also said, "I would love to do a Hollywood film. The reason for me to do a Hollywood film is same as what I do here in Bollywood.” When asked if she has no issues with a small role in a Hollywood film she said, "There is nothing like a small role. The role has to be of impact, this is what matters, the length of it (role) doesn't. A good actor can make a presence felt even in a short time." Deepika is flying high this year with her consecutive blockbusters like Race 2, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Chennai Express and the latest Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.

Deepika said, "It feels nice that all my films that released this year did really well. I have worked hard on all my films and it feels great when the films become successful and you get appreciation for your work.” "But if I had my way, I would have not let them release so close to each other, I would have spaced them out," she added. Deepika has been labelled as the Rs. 600 crore heroine after considering the total collections of all her four films which released this year. Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela has earned Rs. 100 crore so far along with Race 2, Chennai Express grossed Rs. 226 crore and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani raked in Rs. 189 crore at the box office. The Om Shanti Om debutante said, "I value money as well as critical appreciation. I like to do films that have repeat value.” Deepika will be seen next in Farah Khan's Happy New Year and Homi Adjania's Finding Fanny Fernandes. On her equation with Farah and Shah Rukh Khan Deepika said, "I owe everything to Farah Khan and Shah Rukh Khan as they were the ones who launched me in films with Om Shanti Om. My equation with them has not changed. Farah and Shah Rukh both are still protective about me. There are times when I am scared of Farah.” In Finding Fanny Fernandes, Deepika will be working again with Dimple Kapadia after they worked together in Cocktail. Deepika said about Dimple, "I used to stare at her. Today also she looks elegant and graceful. She creates a positive aura and I am extremely fond of her.” Both the films are awaited in 2014.
