Dhoni’s Biopic: Sushant Singh Rajput Meets Mahendra Singh Dhoni

Sushant Singh Rajput is gearing up to play the role of Mahendra Singh Dhoni in his biopic and nothing more than a meeting with the world cup-winning captain of the country could have boosted his confidence to  get into the skin of his character. Anupam Kher has recently revealed on Twitter that M.S. Dhoni had visited the sets of the flick. Kher is also a part of the project, playing Dhoni's father Pan Singh.

It has also been reported previously that Dhoni along with his wife and daughter had been out for dinner when they accidentally bumped into Kiara Advani, who is essaying the role of Sakshi Dhoni in the biographical flick. The shooting of the film is going on in Ranchi currently. It is said that the Baby actor after very long has gotten rid of his moustache for the role.

To be directed by Neeraj Pandey, the film has 110 Characters which have been reportedly handpicked by the filmmaker. M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story also stars Herry Tangri as Yuvraj Singh, Kiara Advani as Sakshi Singh Dhoni, Fawad Khan as Virat Kohli, Ram Charan Teja as Suresh Raina, Shreyas Talpade as Rohit Sharma and Kader Khan as Greg Chappell reportedly. The film was supposed to release this year but due to delay in the shooting schedule, the release date has been pushed to next year.
