Did Alia Bhatt Just Call Her Father Mahesh Bhatt A Liar?

Actress Alia Bhatt is presently at the peak of her career. With her films like ‘Highway’, ‘Udta Punjab’, ‘Dear Zindagi’ and many more, she has carved a niche for herself in the industry.  The 23 year old diva is just getting better with every film she does.

What the media and public find interesting is that when the actress would collaborate with her filmmaker daddy Mahesh Bhatt. Well, public is more excited than Mahesh and Alia for working on a project together. However, when they are caught up by the media, Mahesh is asked when he will direct her daughter. Like always, he says very soon.

Rumours churned out that Alia has been roped in for Bhatt’s home production. So, when she was asked about it, she said, “We do talk about it. It will happen eventually. And I believe that patience is the key to happiness.” She was also asked if her father lauds her work, to this the actress sarcastically remarked, “He lies. I just met him and told him, “Stop lying to these journalists!” Everybody is asking me, “Bhatt Sahab ne yeh kaha woh kaha.” That’s not at all true. Then he smiles and says, “But yeah, you are a star, a lot of people want to work with you.” That’s not true, he is lying. I will call him up right now and make him speak to you people.”
