Dilip Kumar's Condition Is Improving

Doctors at Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre in Mumbai revealed that veteran actor Dilip Kumar, who was suffering from dehydration and kidney-related issues, is on the road of recovery. However, he will be kept under observation in the intensive care unit for about three more days. He is currently in the continuous care of Dr. Arun Shah (Nephrologist) and Dr. Nitin Ghokhle (Cardiologist).

"Dilip Saheb is conscious. He had food today. No breathlessness, no fever but his creatinine level is comparatively low. Urine output is also better. These are signs of improvement", said the doctors. "Due to his age, he is under observation and will be in the ICU for two-three days depending on how his body responds", the doctors added.

Dilip Kumar was brought to the hospital on Wednesday evening. One of the doctors who attended the 94-year-old actor revealed to IANS that Dilip Saheb’s hemoglobin was decreasing and his potassium and creatinine levels were risings. The doctors also elucidated that he was not put on ventilator. Desimartini wishes for the actor’s quick recovery.
