Divya Dutta to lend her voice in her next

Versatile actress Divya Dutta, who is currently basking in the success of Badlapur, has bagged an ambitious project by ace filmmaker Shyam Benegal. Interestingly, the pretty damsel is all set to lend her voice in the film based on the history of Punjab.

Talking about her upcoming movie, Divya told Mumbai Mirror, "It's always an enriching experience to work with Mr. Benegal. There is never a dull day on set as he has so much to talk about, not just about cinema but on food, travel and culture. I'm the narrator in the film which is entirely set in Punjab". The actress further confirmed that she would turn a singer for the film saying, "Well, that's the plan and I have already done a recording. It's making me really nervous and I'm hoping it turns out well". "I am juggling between cities as I am also shooting for Filmistan director Nitin Kakkar's film Ramsingh Charlie with Kumud Mishra, which again has an outstanding script. Both the films should release by the end of this year", she added.
