Friday’s clash: Rajjo Vs. Ram-Leela

It’s a big day for movie lovers as two most anticipated movies are releasing today. Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram-Leela is going to give a tough competition to Rajjo, made by award-winning director Vishwas Patil. However, Krrish 3 is yet not out from theatres and is also in the league.

Ram-Leela, said to be an adaptation of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, is a romantic drama that stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles. The film has Gujarati flavour and its songs have already hit the charts. Besides this, the chemistry between Deepika and Ranveer would be a must-to-watch. Ram-Leela got a green signal for its release on scheduled date i.e. today after a lot of chaos. The flick set against the backdrop of guns and vengeance, shows how Romeo and Juliet fight from the world for their love for each other.

Rajjo, on the other hand is also a romantic venture but with a different story line. Produced by Four Pillars Entertainment, it stars Kangana Ranaut as the female lead actress. This film marks the debut of TV actor Paras Arora, who is in the lead opposite Kangana. Other personalities associated with this project are Prakash Raj, Mahesh Manjrekar and Jaya Prada. The film revolves around Kangana, who is a nautch girl and performs in Kothas of Mumbai. The story proceeds when Paras falls in love with Kangana while her Mujra dance performance. Both films are worth watching and will give an all-different experience.
