Ghayal Once Again satellite rights sold to Viacom 18 for a whooping 20 crores

He may be virtually out of the business but the star power he brings along with himself is immense. We’re talking about Sunny Deol here. The next film he is coming up with has apparently made a fortune deal with satellite rights.

According to reports, the satellite rights of Sunny’s Ghayal Once Again have been sold to Viacom 18 at a significantly good amount of 20 crores. Considering that there isn’t much of a star value in the film other than Sunny, the figure is quite good. Ghayal Once Again is being brought up as the sequel to Sunny’s huge 1990 blockbuster Ghayal. The film also stars Soha Ali Khan as the female lead.

An earlier report also revealed how Sunny is bringing back the original elements of the film like lead actress Meenakshi Sheshadri in the sequel. The film is being directed by Sunny himself and is reportedly based on a true encounter in Mumbai. The actor plays a cop in this one.
