    Globally acclaimed ‘Qissa’ to hit Indian theatres on September 26

    Irrfan Khan and Tillotama Shome starrer Qissa is all set to hit screens on September 26. The movie set in the era of India’s partition was premiered at various film festivals including Toronto International Film Festival, Mumbai Film Festival, International Film Festival Rotterdam and received a lot of praises across the world.

    Directed by Anup Singh, the film also features Rasika Duggal and Tisca Chopra in other pivotal roles. The story revolves around a Sikh man named Umber Singh, who exiles to India from Pakistan. Co-produced between India, Germany, Netherlands and France, Qissa happens to be the first film to be shot under the Indian-German co-production treaty.
