Go Goa Gone: Let’s travel backstage for a while

The entire B-town and cine-goers are eagerly waiting to experience something new on May 10 when the first zombie-flick Go Goa Gone is going to be released finally. It has an awesome blending of characters with a Russian mafia don to two dope heads to accompany you throughout the journey inside the dark theatres. Let’s look behind for some time to find out who are the players of the zombie land.

Saif Ali Khan, who will be playing Boris, a Russian mafia don is very good at heart and brave in mind. His heroism comes alive whenever he encounters any kind of danger in front of him. The lover of guns and vodka has a best friend-bodyguard always around him, Nikolai. Rest of the ‘Boris’ is still a mystery. Anand Tiwary’s Bunny is very sincere about his work and friendships and he believes that life should be lived to the fullest. Bunny is very fond of Hardik, played by Kunal Khemu who hates his job as well as his boss the most. The sensitive Hardik is a faithful friend, a Casanova and a drug-drinks addict. His only ambition in life is to party with hot girls in the best partying spot in Goa.

The savings-addict Luv or Vir Das exhausts his credit card limit to please his girlfriend Priyanka, who is not at all serious about him. He is also addicted to girls, love, drugs and hard drinks but vengeance creeps into him with a slight setback in his life. Puja Gupta’s Luna is again a gorgeous party-animal, though she maintains a strict no-no for drugs and drinks. She is a tourist in India and a fashion designer in the West. The comedy Go Goa Gone features zombies which are scary and humourous at the same time. To recall history, Saif escaped a major accident while shooting the film. Kunal also got seriously injured while shooting an under-water scene and Anand injured his leg on a Goa beach. The project also has gone international as Hollywood-based make-up artist Sean Genders has worked on the film. So what are you waiting for? Just make yourself ready to set your eyeballs fixed on the theatre screens this Friday with the much-awaited Go Goa Gone.
