    An order has been issued to Grand Masti makers by the Delhi High Court deterring them from exhibiting the name and banner of ICICI bank after the latter alleged that no prior permission was taken for doing the same.

    The order has to be followed till any further notices are served andJusticeM.L. Mehta has also sent a notice to the director and producer of the movie. Senior advocate Sanjay Jain, who is fighting the case for ICICI bank, said the bank and its employees have been shown in poor light in the film's trailer when a bank robbery occurs in the film.

    He said the bank has its registered trademark and the filmmakers never took any permission from them before using their name and displaying their banner. He added as the video clips are quite clear it would dampen the bank’s public image. Grand Masti is the sequel to the 2004 cult comedy Masti starring Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani. The film is slated to release this Friday, September 13.
