Gul dons adventure gear

That actor Gul Panag is a hatke actor is no secret. She is spunky, she is bold and she is adventurous. Now she will be seen hosting a travel series OFF ROAD WITH GUL PANAG: LADAKH on Discovery Channel. She will be seen exploring the beautiful and rugged terrain of Ladakh in a custom-built SUV, along with her friend, lawyer Swati. Gul has been visiting Ladakh since she was a child and has always wanted to explore the region on road, without being aided. Swati, on the other hand, has always been a career-oriented woman with a will to travel but has never been able to make time for it.

The journey to Ladakh has been perfectly timed for both friends – for Gul to take on a new adventure, and for Swati to break out of her shell and finally travel. Gul and Swati will divide their journey into three legs – from Chandigarh to Tso Kar, onwards to Leh and end their journey at Hanle. Their road trip doesn’t just include driving and watching the beautiful vistas go by out of a car window, but the ladies dive into the local culture and way of life – making friends with the wildlife, running a marathon, and reuniting with a long-lost friend are just some of the adventures they indulge in.  Would you join Gul and Swati as they take the trip of a lifetime and battle the terrain to explore some of the most magnificent and awe-inspiring mountains and lakes of Ladakh?
