Hard work should be appreciated says Akshay Kumar

Mumbai -- Actor Akshay Kumar appreciated both SRK and Saif Ali Khan for their stunning performances in Ra.One and Agent Vinod, which unfortunately bumped at box-office. "When a gut-wrenching action film that you have spilt blood for doesn't get appreciated, it's a grave let down for any actor. That's why I have nothing but great respect for actors like Saif and Shah Rukh. Their action scenes have been more than supreme," says the Rowdy Rathore actor, seemingly referring to films like Don 2 (2011), Ra.One (2011) and Agent Vinod (2012). The actor awaits the release of Prabhu Deva's directorial venture Rowdy Rathore eagerly. "I salute every single character in Rowdy Rathore. Right from the action stunts to the songs, none of it has been an easy ride for us. We have had some rough situations, but every drop of sweat has been worth it, and now we just pray it gets the appreciation it deserves," he says. "Prabhudheva is a masala genius and I would really do anything to have the pleasure of working with him again."
