Hrithik Roshan Was Stunned By His ‘Mohenjo Daro’ Co-star Pooja Hegde’s Courage

Hrithik Roshan is all set to hit the silver screen with an upcoming Indian epic adventure-romance film, ‘Mohenjo Daro’, which is slated to be released on August 12 this year. Helmed by Ashutosh Gowariker, the flick stars Former Miss Universe India second runner-up, Pooja Hegde, as the female lead. Recently, the Bang Bang! actor talked about how impressed he was with the beautiful actress, calling her ‘a rare talent’.

"I was taken aback by her courage”, stated Hrithik, adding, “I have shot with many stars, but when she looked into my eyes the courage and purity in her struck me. She's a rare talent and will go a long way in this industry I thought in my mind”.

The action-packed flick is based on the ancient city of Mohenjo-daro and will depict the time of Indus Valley civilization which dates back to 2600 BC. Javed Akhtar has penned down the lyrics and A.R. Rahman has composed the soundtrack. The film was shot in Bhuj and Mumbai with short schedules in Jabalpur and Thane.
