I Am Planning To Pursue Acting In Movies: Arjun Kanungo

‘Baaki baatein’ singer Arjun Kanungo has shared that he wants to try his hand at acting. Arjun is a trained actor from The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. He also recently revealed that he spent a lot of time training for his singing under Asha Bhosle.

Arjun has composed music for around 120 TV commercials. He initially did not even dream of entering the music industry but after he set up his own recording studio, he decided to become a singer. Arjun met veteran singer Asha Bhosle through a friend and she liked his voice. “A lot of my training, as a singer, took place under her guidance”, he added.

Talking about acting, Arjun stated that its something he really likes. He is currently acting in a web series that will be released by the end of this year. Arjun is known for his songs ‘Baaki baatein’ and ‘Fursat’. He has sung the song ‘Khoon choos le’ for the 2013 film ‘Go Goa Gone’ and ‘Tum chal diye’ for the 2014 film ‘Pizza’ as well.
