I Do Not Listen To My Father When It Comes To Choosing Films: Harshvardhan Kapoor

Here’s one more star kid who’s entering the Tinsel town with his debut movie, Mirzya. The kid is none other than Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor. But, the young lad wants the audiences to watch him as a performer and not as a star kid.

The star son is very firm about what he wants from his life. On being asked if he listens to his father about the type of movies he should do, the 25-year-old actor said that it is totally his choice when it comes to choosing a film. He said, “I do not listen to him when it comes to choosing films, as I am not inclined towards his kind of films. Dad has had many hits, but always chose commercial films. I want to push the boundaries on my own and do different kinds of roles. I cannot do a film until I give it a hundred per cent”.

Harshvardhan’s upcoming release is a Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra directorial which will hit the screens on October 7. The flick also features debutant Saiyami Kher opposite Kapoor. It’s been said that Mirzya is inspired by the Punjabi folklore of Mirza Sahiban.
