‘I don't see this as being at the top’: Vidya Balan

While actresses like Deepika Padukone and Kangana Ranaut are busy dazzling the audience with astonishing performances, their contemporary Vidya Balan is not concerned about being at the top. The 37-year-old actress has not given any hit movie lately. But she feels that with every movie that she does, she strives to better herself.

"I don't see this as being at the top. I have never subscribed to this number and perception game. I like to be at the top of my game at all times which means I want to do things to the best of my ability. Sometimes my films do well and sometimes they don't but I will give it my all”, said the National Film Awards winner.

She also added, "I am living in a world where it is all about me. I don't see anyone else in that world. I don't see it as these many people are at the top and what will happen tomorrow if I am not there at the top because I don't consider that at all. I think all of us are living parallel”.
