    Sonu Sood, who is popular as Chedi Singh of Dabangg, has a sculpted physique and toned eight pack abs, which is perhaps his USP as a star. The Bollywood actor says that he has been maintaining his abs from past 20 years. The Happy New Year actor, for whom health is wealth, has revealed his fitness tips recently.

    Sonu told Bollywood Life, “I have been maintaining my abs since twenty years. I had abs even in my college days. For me, getting into shape was never about a film or a project. Fitness is a part of my life; it’s in my system now. I exercise for two to three hours a day. I don’t have cheat days with my diet. I follow a strict diet and worship my body so I have to take care of that”.

    “I am a focused guy and someone who believes in constantly aspiring for the better. I work hard to fulfill my dreams and make them proud. Just keep on working hard, give your best and never set for smaller things. Patience and perseverance is the only key to success. Stay patient and stay focused”, he added.
