Most Rumours Aren’t True: Iulia Vantur Doesn't Accept But Doesn’t Deny Dating Salman Khan Either!
No matter what Iulia Vantur does, she will always be asked one question: Is she dating Salman Khan ? And so it was at the launch of her new song, Harjai. Iulia has been patiently answering these questions for over three years now, and it was business as usual once again.
According to an Indian Express report, she was asked what she felt about being known for her association with Salman - she is routinely seen at professional events and family gatherings with the star - and the aspiring singer said that she’s proud of it. “It’s honour to be his friend so, it doesn’t bother me. But I am working, which is a good thing. When I came to India, I had no plans to work. It just happened. It began with the song O Teri with Himesh Reshammiya. It was a beautiful experience. Then things started happening. I don’t know how far this will go.”
According to the Times of India, she said that she is ‘aware’ of the rumours surrounding her relationship with Salman, but that “most of them are not true”.
However, “I cannot stop people from spinning stories,” she told Times Now. “I have a lot of respect for Salman. At the same time, I have no idea where life is taking me. Three years ago, I was all about being responsible and making plans, but not everything turns out the way we expect them to. Not everything is our will. What happens was meant to happen.”
Iulia is a 37-year-old Romanian model and TV presenter who was encouraged to pursue a career in music by Salman.
