"If he likes some thing he will say it on your face," - Daisy Shah On Appreciating Salman Khan's Unmatched Honesty!

Actor Daisy Shah, who made her Bollywood debut opposite actor Salman Khan in the 2014 film Jai Ho, says she has learned a lot from him. Salman’s “straightforward attitude towards life and honesty of calling a spade a spade” inspires Daisy, who is known to be close to the superstar.

Daisy, who is currently touring with Salman for his overseas entertainment show, says: “He is a very genuine person — not fake a at all. He supports the truth and says whatever is supposed to be said. This is one thing that I really like about him. He is someone who will go to any extent to help people around him.”

Daisy adds that Salman’s honesty is unmatched. “I have rarely seen someone as honest as him. If he likes some thing he will say it on your face, and if he doesn’t, then also he’ll put it straight without thinking twice.” Like Salman, she doesn’t lie to please people to get her work done.

When asked about prospects of working with Salman again, Daisy replies, “I would love to. There might be something in the future but nothing concrete is there yet. I am keeping my fingers crossed. It’s always a pleasure teaming up with him.”

Daisy, who has done Kannada films such as Bodyguard (2011), Bhadra (2011) and Bachchan (2013), and was last seen in Aakramana (2014), says she is keen on doing more regional films, but has not been getting enough offers. She adds, “I guess I don’t fit into their budget anymore. May be that’s the reason why good films aren’t coming my way.”

Meanwhile, the 32-year-old actor has just finished shooting for a film directed by Gujarati filmmaker Govind Sakariya, who marks his Bollywood debut with the film.
