As he begins to kick start the promotions of Bombay Velvet in full swing, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has said he has no problem with director S.S. Rajamouli’s film clashing with his. In an interview to HT, Anurag said that he’s rather watch Rajamouli’s film first day, first show.

Rajamouli is coming up with his much anticipated film Baahubali on the same day as that of Bombay Velvet. Talking about the clash happening, Anurag said “I’m a big Rajamouli fan; I’ll be watching his film first day first show. Why should I want that his film should not reach out to everyone? I have made my film the way I wanted, in the least possible money. The studio backing the film is happy with the film. So, now, how they have to recover the money is what they know best.”

Bombay Velvet that stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar in the lead will hit the screens on May 10^th this year. With a name like S.S. Rajamouli coming up with his film on the same day, it is certain Bombay Velvet would suffer a big dent down south.
