Here's What Arjun Kapoor Has To Say About Mubarakan 2

For many big stars, 2017 seemed to be an unlucky year for them. Many big films such as Raees , Tubelight , Jab Harry Met Sejal, Jagga Jasoos to name a few, from which audience had high expectations, failed to live up to people’s expectations. However, Anees Bazmee starrer Mubarakan got ahead of them all. The film produced by Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde featured Arjun Kapoor , Anil Kapoor , Ileana D’Cruz, Athiya Shetty in lead roles.

The film which hit the theatres on July 28, 2017 is still running in some theatres. “That speaks a lot about the evolving audience today. It was a good learning experience,” said Murad. “We always knew it was a good film, but we never thought it will go for so many weeks. It is very tough these days for any film to run for so many weeks,” added Ashwin.

The movie impressed everyone so much that they are expecting its sequel. When asked from Murad whether the sequel of the movie will happen any time soon, he said that for the sequel they will prepare a better script than Mubarakan. Arjun Kapoor earlier said that he is ready to act if the sequel of the film happens.
