Is Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai To Be Aired On TV Too?

With the news of superhit sitcom Sarabhai vs Sarabhai making a comeback through a web-series, the fans are more than thrilled. The show aired between 2004 and 2006, was an instant hit and had huge following all over the country. It is being said that the second season will have 10-episode web series on Hot Star, but recent report suggested that it may even come on television as well.

JD Mejethia, the producer of the show went Facebook Live on April 3, and garnered huge response from fans. This made the Mejethia to rethink the plan and launch the show even on television. Being a Star product, if that happens it would come on Star Plus.

A source claimed, “Recently, the makers of the show unveiled the cast’s new looks through a live video, that got a phenomenal response. It crossed 2.4 million views within 24 hours! It shows that the serial starring Satish Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah, Sumeet Raghavan, Rupali Ganguly and Rajesh Kumar has a lot of nostalgia attached to it and people can’t wait to revisit it”. The upcoming episodes will take a seven-year jump leap in the show.
