I Think Shahid Has Done An Excellent Job In Padmaavat: Ishaan Khatter

After a long struggle, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali 's magnum opus Padmaavat finally managed to hit the screens. The film starring Shahid Kapoor , Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone has created a lot of controversy in India. However, surprisingly, it is doing quite well at the box office.

According to the latest news, actor Ishaan Khatter has recently lauded on Shahid's performance in the film. When asked about Shahid’s role in Padmaavat, the rising actor said, “I believe he has done a spectacular job and I am proud of him that he took such a role. More than anything, he did the role with all his conviction”.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ishaan Khatter will be seen in Dhadak alongside debutante Janhvi Kapoor . On being asked if he will be a competition to his brother Shahid, the young actor said, “If I am doing a Bollywood debut, why would it be a competition for #ShahidKapoor? In fact, he is a teacher for me and he is a paternal figure in my life. We are a team”. Meanwhile, his film Dhadak will release on July 6, 2018.
