It Makes Me Feel All Effort Is Wasted: Shraddha Opens Up On Link-Up With Farhan

Rumours of Shraddha Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar being romantically involved are doing the rounds from quite some time now. Ever since the actors started working on the sequel of Rock On!!, gossip mills are churning out rumours of their link-up. Well, Farhan has earlier denied the reports. However, the Ek Villain actress, for the first time, opened up the link-up rumours.

Dismissing the reports, she said, "I wonder where these things come from. Are reporters writing to get eyeballs? It is sad that when an actor is giving an interview and the headline is related to the link-up. It is disrespectful. We give lives for our films. It is unfair. Makes me feel all effort is wasted. That should be spoken. That needs acknowledgment. There should be responsible reporting. You can't write anything".

The 29-year-old actress further added that her family always supports her but she is the one who is affected by the rumours.  She said, "We are humans and have parents at home. Have to be a little more empathetic. I am the one who feels bad when an article is about this. Family pacifies me. This should not be the reason to try and get attention. That said I am very happily single and married...not married but romancing movies".

Shraddha Kapoor has been in the media glare ever since Aashiqui 2 happened. Earlier, the actress was linked to Aaditya Roy Kapur, who was her co-star in the film.
