John Abraham Sentenced 15-days Imprisonment, Got Bail Later

John Abraham has received a judgment on his 2006 rash driving case. The actor, known for his passion for bikes, had smashed his Yamaha Hayabusa into a bicycle in 2006, injuring two people. In 2010, the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate Court had sentenced the actor to 15-days imprisonment on charges of rash and negligent driving. However, John had filed a plea challenging the decision given by the lower court and got an immediate bail.A Mumbai sessions court on Friday dismissed Johns plea and the actor was taken into the police custody.The actor later appealed to the Bombay High Court and got bail on a surety of Rs. 20,000.
