Here's All You Need To Know About Kajol's Next!

Kajol ’s last Bollywood outing was Dilwale which released two years back in 2015. The Rohit Shetty directorial starred her opposite Shah Rukh Khan . Though she was seen in the Tamil movie Velaiilla Pattadhari 2, but we did not see her in any Bollywood film lately.  And now we have heard that the actress is all set to star in Pradeep Sarkar's directorial which is an adaptation of Anand Gandhi's Gujarati play, Beta Kaagdo.

The story of the flick will focus on the relationship between mother and son. Kajol will be seen playing a single mother. Talking about the movie, Pradeep said, "I was offered the script around four months ago. It took me a while to understand the Gujarati tone but eventually I fell in love with this extremely emotional story which boasts of some really strong characters and there's a chance of people getting really close to them."

He added, "I am getting involved in the dialogue and character-building as there are a few insights that I want to incorporate to make the film more endearing. This is not like Parineeta , where everything was detailed, this is more freeflowing, a character and music driven film.” Praising Kajol, the filmmaker said, "She's an awesome actress who picks up a role and owns it. She has her own style, charm and a particular way of talking that enhances the character."

Kajol's husband and actor, Ajay Devgn will produce the flick along with Abhinav Shukla.
